The Computer Olympiad is an annual set of tournaments for computer game players run by the International Computer Games Association. It is notable for conducting a series of championships for computer Go, both for 19x19 and 9x9 board sizes. Along with the Computer Go UEC Cup, the Olympiad is the closest thing to a World championship for Go playing programs.
The event now alternates between Europe and Asia.
