Goliath
Go playing program by Mark Boon, distributed by Tesuji Software for both Windows and Macintosh. Goliath was one of the early strong programs, winning many computer events from 1988 to 1991, culminating in taking the 16-stone handicap Ing Prize in 1991. The final version seems to have been v3.5 released in 1997, along with the Goliath Tsume Go product (which used the same engine). This was distributed commercially for many years, along with a freeware version that would play only 9x9 and 13x13 games. Distribution was finally abandoned around 2001 most likely, when the Tesuji Software Go Library was made available.

nkpuxa I'm not sure, but recently I found a Japanese SNES rom called 'Goliath'. I'm thinking it uses the same engine.
