(ペア碁選手権戦) Japanese unofficial Tournament. 32 male and female top professionals form 16 mixed pairs by drawing of lots and compete in a single elimination tournament.
The tournament name was preceded by "Ricoh Cup" up to the 15th edition, because the company was the only sponsor. After Ricoh stepped down, the tournament was sponsored by various companies.
