Imamura Toshiya

Imamura Toshiya (今村俊也, born 1966) is a Kansai Ki-in professional Go player.

Hasegawa Hiro was his pupil.

Imamura challenged Kobayashi Koichi for the 14th Gosei in 1989. He reached 9-dan in 1990.

He has won the Kansai Ki In First Place Championship four times, in 1994, 1998, 2000 and 2002, as well as the 1984 ShinjinO.

In 2007, he challenged Yamashita Keigo for the 55th Oza, losing by a score of 3–1.
