Wu Qingyuan Cup
The Wu Qingyuan Cup or Go Seigen Cup is an international women’s tournament held since 2018 in Fuzhou, China, the home town of Go Seigen (Wu Qingyuan).

Tournament details
The 7th edition is co-hosted by the China Go Association, Fuzhou Municipal People’s Government, Fuzhou Municipal Sports Bureau, and the Gule District People’s Government.
The prize money for the 7th edition was 500,000 yuan (~$US69,000) for the winner, and 200,000 yuan (~$US27,500) for the runner-up.
The time limit was 2 hours for each player, with 5 1-minute byoyomi countdowns.
For the 7th edition, there was a re-lottery of the remaining players after R2.

Fang Ruoxi and, for the second time, Wang Chenxing were semifinalists. 12-year-old prodigy Nakamura Sumire was a wild card entry, and she upset the winner of the 1st edition, Kim Chaeyoung, in the first round (W+1.5).
