Takahashi Shigeyuki
(高橋重行, 1906-1975) Nihon Ki-in pro, 7 dan in 1962. Younger brother-in-law of Shusai, in fact he was born in Shusai's house. Later known as Takahashi Toshimitsu (俊光).
He was involved in a well-known rules dispute in 1928. See TenThousandYearKo/Rules crisis.
In 1936, he co-authored a book titled "Beat the Shin-fuseki" (打倒新布石法) with Murashima Yoshinori, another pupil of Shusai.
His pupils were Yokoyama Kunitada, Honma Akio, Kimura Yoshio and Iguchi Seiji.
