Kanagawa Prefecture Go Association
Kanagawa Prefecture Go Association (KPGA) is the union of 16 Go organizations based in Kanagawa Prefecture (located in the South of Tokyo). Their headquarters are based in Uchu Ki-in, Yokohama since March 2007. In other words, KPGA is the Yokohama version of Nihon Ki-in.

KPGA is responsible for holding local preliminaries for the following games:
Note that collegiate championships like the Female Student Honinbo and the All Japan Students Go Oza Championship are not under KPGA control but operated by the Kanto Student Go Association.
Other activities
KPGA publishes the Kanagawa Prefecture Go Yearbook every year. They also create the Kanagawa Go Player Ranking, which is used to organize the games in above.
