门吃 (mén chī) is a Chinese go term that refers to an elementary capturing technique by atari, such as B1 here.

For this term, 门 (mén) means "door", and 吃 (chī) means "eat". Observe how the black+circle and B1 stones causes the a point to look like a "door".

Notice that if W2 tries to escape by the "door", which is the only possible route for escape, then B3 "closes the door" and capture the White stones.
