Zhaonian Chen

Zhaonian Chen, born May 9, 1989, also known as Michael, is a U.S. professional who plays as DarkMage and ZChen on KGS. He is AGA 1p, winning the title in 2023. He learned Go when he was 7-8, and now lives in New Jersey.

Michael won the 2006 North American Ing Cup, competed in the 2007 North American Ing Masters Championship as well as the 2006 North American Masters Tournament. In 2009 and 2011, he came in second in the US Open with a score of 5-1.

He streams on Twitch as zchenmike.
