Yang Chae-ho

梁 宰豪 Yang Chae-ho (also written Yang Jaeho), Korean 9-dan professional. Born 8 February 1963. Winner of the 1st Tong Yang Securities Cup in 1990. He is sometimes called by Japanese reading of his name, Ryo Saigo, because many of his books were translated to Japanese.
