Reviews
Lynx: This book is great. It forces you to extend your reading to envision what will happen later. It does so in an enviroment that makes it natural. Everything is straightforward and quite doable if you keep your eye on the prize and focus.
Anonymous: I credit this book along with lessons for taking me from 3k to 2d.
