Handicap Fuseki

Handicap Fuseki is an idea inspired by Handicap Fuseki Question 1, I'm not sure if it's a good idea at the moment, but it seems worth a try. There seems to be a lot of study concentrated on fuseki or whole board openings, but with handicap stones in place things are obviously changed quite a lot.
