I've been working for a while on studying and playing the low chinese. I'd like to show some early boards and ask questions about how to understand them. Is the main page an appropriate place to do this? Is a sub-page? Should I even be asking on the sensei's ladder?

Ask away, pretty much anywhere you want. Making a BQM might be the most usual place to ask, though. Or a talk page like this.
