Yi Chi-hyeon (female) KBA

Yi Chi-hyeon (Hangul: 이지현; Hanja:李知炫; (b. 2 May 1979) is a Korean female professional 5 dan. Her name is also spelled “Lee Jiheon” or “Lee Ji-hyeon”. There is a male 9 dan player with the same Korean name with same Hangul but different Hanja, on this site under the Romanization Lee Jihyun.

As an amateur, she won the Student King Championship. After becoming a professional, in 1999, aged 20, She was runner-up in the 6th Women's Kuksu, losing to Rui Naiwei.
