Taiwan Qiyuan

Taiwan Qiyuan, founded on 17 February 2000, is the professional go association of Taiwan.

The association was opened for business on 4 March 2000 in Taipei. The chairman is Chen Guoxing. At that time the organization had 10 members. Two of the major activities of the Taiwan Qiyuan are the promotion tournament used to confer higher ranks upon current professionals and the professional qualifying examinations.
