Shigeno Yuki
Shigeno Yuki (重野 由紀, born 1965) is a Nihon Ki-in 2-dan professional Go player, and former general secretary of the IGF.
Shigeno, as of 2005, was a resident of Milan, Italy. Shigeno brings go to schools using the Yasuda capture go method (see Yasuda method). She has returned to Japan in 2006 and now resides in Nagoya[1].
A collection of articles she wrote for the Japanese magazine Gekkan Go Waarudo describes her experiences as a Japanese go professional living in Italy and visiting many countries.
From 2006 up to 2014, she was the Secretary General of the International Go Federation.
