Oshima Reina

Oshima Reina is a former female amateur champion who is a former Insei and born in Akita Prefecture. She has several records in amateur tournaments.

Records

• 2006: Represented Akita Prefecture in the Children's Meijin ( Player list)
• 2008-2012: Experienced Insei, Fujiwara Akiko was also an Insei at this term.
• 2013: 4th place at the All Japan Female Amateur Championship (AJFAC, Results). Note that Osawa Maya (Osawa Narumi's sister) was the champion of this year.
• 2014-2015: She was a business college student. While she was a student, she attended the Kanto Students Go Carnival held by the Kanto Student Go Association ( Website).
• 2016: Victory at the AJFAC ( Results, Asahi Shinbun). She also represented Akita Prefecture for the national preliminaries to the World Amateur Go Championship ( Article).
• 2017: Finalist at the AJFAC ( Results, Excite News). She was also 3rd place in the 59th Akita Prefecture Tournament ( Article, general tournament without gender restrictions).
• 2018: 3rd place at the AJFAC
