Aside from physical go clubs, which can be difficult to go to if you do not live in an area with many go players, there are online clubs that (usually) anyone can join. Many of these clubs offer all the features you would expect from a real club--occasional leagues and tournaments, lessons by strong players, and that unmistakable atmosphere of a bunch of people playing Go.
