Kosugi Kiyoshi

(小杉清, 2 February 1939 - 27 September 2020) Nihon Ki-in pro. Qualified in 1957, 8 dan in 1991. He is the author, with James Davies, of the English go book _38 Basic Joseki_, originally published by Ishi Press in 1973. He retired in 2004 as 9 dan.

Kosugi Masaru is his younger brother. Both were taught by their father, Kosugi Tei 7 dan.
