Kosugi Masaru

(小杉勝, 22 January 1944 - 2 March 2016) Nihon Ki-in pro, 7 dan in 1986. He retired as 8 dan in 2010 an died at 2nd of March 2016 at the age of 72. Son and pupil of Kosugi Tei.

Kosugi Kiyoshi 9 dan is his brother.
