My Go-history: I started to play go in the summer of 2002. A friend of mine got inspired by the movie Pi and bought a chinese go-set. I already had a slight fascination for the game but my friend's initiative was needed for getting me started. A few months later I joined the local club and also discovered Hikaru No Go. Now there's no turning back...

Most common bad habits:

• Watch the game on the table next to yours
• Not enough thinking
• Taking a friendly game too seriously
• Using Japanese terms when you don't know what they mean
