Black to get a ko  

LukeNine45: Graded Go Problems for Beginners, vol 3 (I don't remember what problem # this was (200 something)). Their answer seemed lacking to me.

What about?  

White still has to fight a ko, but this time she gets to take first, and black has to win twice (Does that make in a two step ko or something?). Did I miss something here? Can Black kill if White plays this way?

Now there's not even a ko where B takes first.  

Malweth: In your solution White is in ko. This isn't normally the case, however:
