Taiwanese pro born 1956-10-27, promoted 1 dan in 1985, 2 dan in 1986. Promoted 4 dan 2001-04-17, Yang is 5 dan from 2006 (he is also member of the Zhongguo Weiqi Hui). Sometimes his name is spelled Yang Zhude.

Winner of the 8th Taiwan Zhonghuan Cup in 2001.
