The Shin Ryusei or New Ryusei (officially the Sin Ryusei Sen, 新竜星戦) is a Japanese professional blitz tournament.
It was established in 2021, and first held on May 27.
The event is organised by the Igo Shogi Channel for its premium subscribers.
The name suggests a succession to the Ryusei tournament, but the Ryusei has not been cancelled.
