Library Work/Adding Keywords

To help us add keywords, take the following steps:

• Go to the Advanced Find Page
• In the section "Does NOT have any of the following PageHeaders":
  • Select HomePage, Alias and SubPage in the "PageType" column (use CTRL-click to select multiple)
  • Select all items in tke Keywords column (click the first, then SHIFT-click the last item)
• Search
• In the resulting list select pages, add appropriate keywords to them, then go back to the search result and repeat.
• If you do not know what keywords a page should have, you can add a {{help | keywords}} template to them.
• If the available keywords do not contain anything that fits:
  • See if any of the keywords at Keyword Template do fit
  • If so, use the {{keyword|value}} template (where value is the keyword you chose)
  • If not, you can think of a new one, use it as {{keyword|your_new_keyword}}, and add it to the list at Keyword Template
