Kim Kyeongeun

Kim Kyeongeun or Kyung-eun (Hangul: 김경은, Hanja: 金京垠) is a Korean female 4 dan professional. She was born in Seoul on 16 April 2003. She is the second child of Kim Tae-ho and Park Eun-ok.

Early Go/Baduk career

Kim Kyeongeun learned Baduk aged 7, and played in children’s competitions. Chang Su-yeong 9p recognized her talent and persuaded her to join professional training. She became a professional aged 14, then the youngest Korean female pro, qualifying along with Kang Jisoo.
