Inoue Matsumoto Inseki

(井上松本因碩, real name Matsumoto Kinshiro 松本錦四郎, 1826/31–1891) Thirteenth head of the Inoue house. He held a strong grudge against the Honinbo house for previous events of Inoue Gen'an Inseki's life. Antagonist, later excluded from participating in rank promotions with the other three families and kicked out from the Hoensha. Self-promoted later in life to 7-dan.
