Otsuka

(井上大塚因碩, 1831-1904) Inoue Otsuka Inseki, fourteenth head of the Inoue house. His real name was Otsuka Kametaro (大塚亀太郎). Set up the Kansai Go Club (関西囲碁倶楽部).

His pupils were Konohara Masahiro, Tabuchi, Egeta, Yamaguchi Sanseki and Hori Kentaro.
