Bill: Black has a better way to win the ko. B1 puts the white+circle stones in atari. If White takes the ko with W2, B3 says atari again, and White cannot connect at black+circle because of damezumari (connect and die). After W4 B5 takes the white+circle stones.

Bill: That being the case, W1 is a local ko threat for White. If B2 connects @ W3, W3 @ B2 kills.
