Strong solid straight J Group  

It almost happened to me I had a nice strong solid straight J group

Always thought it was normal alive.

But then my opponent played and it all almost became a seki luckely I had one outside liberty that allowed me to play at . But is it (without outside liberties) only alive in seki?
