Charles See 4-5 point 4-3 approach inside contact tenuki.

kokiri - I was more interested in the fact that black tenuki's from the RHS to get the chance to play on the left as well. Then, as the game progresses, black allows one side to be cut and the other becomes quite heavy. That said - after day 1 it looked like white had quite a lot to do...

Cho U has been playing preemptive approaches to komoku pretty much as a matter of course throughout this game so more than one of the diagrams on the page you mention has been seen.
