Li Qincheng is 2p. But he won Globis Cup and Asian TV Cup in 2016. He won two international title. Is he promoted to 9 dan ? Is he younger then Chen Yaoye when he became 9p ? Is he the youngest 9p ?
He is now 9d, promoted for winning the Asian TV cup despite it only being blitz, but not restricted to young players like the Globis Cup. I don't know if he younger than Chen Yaoye was when he got promoted to 9d, but they are definitely both older than when Fan Tingyu got his 9d for winning the Ing cup (a rather more prestigious title) aged 16.
