There is no page for "Big Headed Ghost". I think it should refer to this page, although I don't know if SL actually does that.
It only makes sense to alias Big Headed Ghost to this page if there are places where it is linked as such. Otherwise, there is no way anyone would ever use the alias because there is no link to reach it. If you do use the term anywhere, then by all means feel free to link and alias it.
