I propose to rename this page to its German equivalent; now I keep coming back to look for the changes, to find out that I don't understand them.
And the only English on this page is the title... A bit riduculous. Just imagine an English title with Japanese or Chinese content... Useless, it seems to me.
Renaming to German equivalent seems fine to me. If you want to put the suggested German text for the new name here in a discussion reply, we can rename it for you. (i.e. I don't speak German, so I can't do the translation.)
People are used to english page titles i guess... it's a first information as well. So maybe best is to keep an english alias and rename the page itself to german. I did similarly for Deutschsprachiges Material and Deutsche Gobegriffe (a page i just started). I would wait since I guess outside links to this page exist (the how-not-to series is quite popular).
