It made sense to me to have the content where it originated, at 3-5 point low approach, one space low pincer, attach on approach?. Then we can add a link to that page from 35 Point Low Approach Two Space High Pincer, and indeed from anywhere else this shape happens to appear.

The tesuji and the tsumego are natural starting points, so it makes sense to me to separate them from their origins. But I don't have strong feelings about it.

I think it is a good idea to keep this as a separate page, because there is a lot of material to cover here (possible responses, killing the corner if it gets surrounded, etc)

Some suggestions:

  • 3-5 point pincer joseki, develop on both sides
  • 3-5 point pincer joseki, bamboo joint development
  • 3-5 point pincer joseki, common line follow-up
