So what is the answer?
maproom My guess is that it's "White can live. Black can get a direct ko for life." But it would be helpful to the poor beginners to actually tell them what the answer is. The answer page doesn't.
It looks clear enough to me. The problem diagram says "Black to play", the "introduction" section of the solution page says "Black can turn the status of this group into a ko", and the first diagram under the heading "solution" shows the ko.
If you can think of a way of making it even clearer, then just go ahead and edit the solution page as you see fit!
