Weiqi TV is a Chinese online website serving nowadays as a teaching platform for the game of Go.

The website was started around August 2013 by liu Xing and Zhao shouxun as a platform for weiqi content. In the early days they used to stream big Go games live. Their slogan was 'to watch big games live, come to weiqi tv'. Some of the early contributors was Meng Tailing. He acted as a game commentator and a program host. Ke Jie used to do self-commenting game series on the old platform. The back catalog of the old content is still accessible on the website. The content on the new teaching oriented website is available to registered users. The content used to be available for viewers overseas, but is no longer the case. You need a chinese phone number to register to the website.
