Tsuneishi Takashi (常石隆志; born May 14, 1991) is a Nihon Ki-in professional. Shodan in 2011, promoted to 2-dan in 2012-11-18 and later to 4-dan in 2019 (50 wins as of Sept. 13).

He plays on Fox as pararakaie.

A former insei, who started playing at age 10, he played as an amateur in 2009 and 2010, winning the Amateur Meijin in 2009 and 2010. He won against Iyama Yuta in the Amateur vs. Professional Meijin match at reverse komi in 2009.

Record 2011: 12 games, 7 wins, 5 losses (he beat many strong players).

Record 2012 (as of 2012-11-15): 30 games, 20 wins, 10 losses (with 9 consecutive wins from 2012-06-04 to 2012-09-06). The final record for 2012 was of 25 wins, 12 losses.

In 2021, he won his group in the preliminaries of the 77th Honinbo. In the second stage, he won his first game mysteriously by default against Ohashi Naruya, before losing to Yo Seiki.

He received a Kido Prize for achieving the best winning streak of Nihon Ki-in players in 2021 (76.9%, 30-9).
