On So-chin (온소진) is a Korean pro. He was born 2 October 1986, studied Go at the Kwo Kapyong academy, became pro in 2004, and reached 3 dan in 2006. As of July 2006, he was ranked 20th among Korean Pros by the Hankuk Kiwon. Promoted 5 dan on 2008-12-12.
