Lee Jung-eun

Lee Jung-eun or Jeong-eun (Hangul: 이정은) is a Korean female professional 1 dan.

She was born on 21 August 2007 in Uiwang, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. She is the elder of two daughters of Lee Young-dae and Lee Yong-hwa. Her younger sister Lee Nahyun enlisted and graduated at the same time from the same professional school.

Her Baduk instructors were Han Jong-jin, the player she most admires, Cho Han-seung, Han Sang-hoon 9p; Kim Se-dong, Yoo Oh-seong 8p; Kim Min-ho 5p. The player she most admires is O Yujin 9p.

Lee became a professional by passing the 61st Women’s Entrance Exam in January 2024, aged 16.
