(久井敬史, 1920-2000) Hisai Keishi was a Nihon Ki-in professional, 9 dan in 1978.

Student of Segoe Kensaku. His pupils were Tanaka Hideharu, Tanaka Chieko, and Tanimura Kuniko.

He won the 1st Kido Prize for technique, in 1967.
