Hatoyama Ichiro (鳩山 一郎 Hatoyama Ichirō, January 1, 1883–March 7, 1959) was a Japanese politician who served as the Prime Minister of Japan from 1954 to 1956. The Japanese Prime Minister's Cup is named for Hatoyama Ichiro.
The Nihon Kiin presented Hatoyama an amateur 6 dan diploma. Hatoyama played Felix Dueball in the first international telegraph game in 1936, with its finish coinciding with the conclusion of Anti-Comintern Pact betweeen Germany and Japan.
