Black can kill White unconditionally.

There is death in the hane - B1 threatens B3 at W2 to destroy the second eye. If White blocks at W2, Black plays B3 throw-in - White can't connect at B5 because of shortage of liberties. After the capture W4, B5 still destroys the eye, so White is dead.
