Enclosing the corner  

is the orthodox way of finally enclosing the corner against invasion, starting from the 4463 enclosure in the absence of other nearby stones.

Approach  

a to j are all common approach and reduction moves, but others are possible too. p is a probe for which q is the normal answer, this exchange allows the attachment at r (see 4435 enclosure).
