do the no content pages serve any purpose? or should someone remove them?
I make a note here now and then of odd pages that I feel need another look, so they may include pages with a number of different problems.
Most of what I have at the moment seems to be an attempt to record someone‘s ideas about rules and scoring (“One Pure rules”); these are currently no content pages. I personally feel that that is a fairly harmless hobby which has been tolerated in the past, but in this case the author (apparently the Korean noname) seems to have lost their enthusiasm. I tried to encourage them to say more clearly what they were up to, but they seem to have given up and blanked their pages, so I suspect they would be happy to see them deleted. On the other hand I would feel happier if they were able to confirm it.
Everything is welcome as per mission statement, but I still would like to remove clutter and pages that don't serve any purpose. I take authors blanking their pages as removal request (on home pages, personal projects) and prompting further information or correct procedure was almost always done in vain.
