There are several issues I think should be dealt with in the prospective WME of this page:
I have examples with Black stones on all of the points marked a. Naturally this has a major impact on the continuations. Since dictionaries are organized by pincer, there is no compendium that pulls the different kosumi tsuke cases together as far as I know. SL has the chance to make a unique contribution! :-)
For example, the current discussion of this position centers around the situation when the upper right is Black. However, when the upper right is White, White will often extend at a instead of playing . Meanwhile if is actually played, the jump to b is standard for Black instead of shown here.
I think it is fair to say that most books discuss this joseki from the handicap (or invasion of san ren sei) case. There is considerably less available on handling the situation where the Black pincer ends up between two White forces. Another opportunity for SL?
People always manage to show me how little I know about josekis. Which is why, by all means, any input is welcome.
- Distinguish between kosumi tsuke from 4-4 point and kosumi tsuke from 3-4 point. Both are major joseki in common use. What ideas are the same, what are different?
For now, do you think it is appopriate for me to rename the page to 4-4 point kosumi-tsuke joseki?, and leave a stub for 3-4 point kosumi-tsuke joseki?? Then, if someone wants to add content to compare and contrast between the 4-4 case and the 3-4 case, then he can start another page.
- Discuss impact of different pincers:
I don't think I am quite up to the task for this. Will leave this to others when I turn all the thread mode mess into document mode.
- Discuss the impact of the upper right corner
Will try to add something here.
Thanks!

I definitely think it is a good idea to name dedicated pages for 4-4 and 3-4. It makes sense that this is the sooner the better.

I can prepare a basic outline of this.

I can prepare some as well
Okay I have renamed the kosumi-tsuke joseki to 4-4 point diagonal attachment joseki.
For consistency with the other joseki pages on SL, I have decided to change all instances of "kosumi-tsuke" to "diagonal attachment", hence the large number of page renamings.
Doesn't diaganal attachment say less then Kosumi-tsuke? I agree that the page titles have to be changed, but leaving the tsuke part out of it seems strange. Though "diagonal attachment-stretch" might sound a bit too long. Anyway, I am sure a lot of people appreciate the work put into a WME. My wiki skills are too limited at the moment, unfortunately.
I thought kosumi-tsuke and diagonal attachment are the same? At least, according to the "lexical notes" at diagonal attachment.
