What is the optimal way to punish White's play?

This is the 4th time you've asked exactly the same question, so I have to guess that the question is very important. What about this response? Is it okay as a punishment?

I allowed myself to format the diagrams in your posts (librarian special ability) and remove the multiple instances. One additional single-line answer was "depends on the whole board".

The whole mindset insisting on "punish overplay" is wrong in my opinion.

And now? Is it really White making overplays here?

OscarBear: why not use josekipedia? (2015-05-13 15:25) [#10523]

Later, I looked up the relevant line in josekipedia to find an answer to this question. The lines showed there didn't indicate any severe punishment, just a better for ... position. If there is a question about 1 of these lines, maybe psygo could ask a follow up question.
