I think that if a home page has been created by a user who never uses that name here (for instance because they only edit anonymously) then it should be no problem to delete it when someone requested deletion for "privacy reasons". There are probably more uncontroversial cases, but I just wanted to list this one as it's what I'm doing now.
Just asking, do you mean what I talked about in the other thread?
I regard anonymously emptied homepages as delete request by the page owner. (Instead of asking for confirmation to no avail as we did earlier.)
There's an overlap between the two. In my case, the home page was not blanked, so I felt it needed a different subject line.
I believe we should accept most requests at face value (after some time pending w/o any open disagreement) as not much harm is involved even in case of mistakes.
