- ++++/-
- I like this page. It is very interesting. It was not created this month, though. I think that "edit wars" (big term for a minor nuisance) are a bad excuse for not playing fair. This page (Page of the month) has done nicely without need for spelled out rules for it until this spoiling nomination. mAsterdam
- The problem linking the edit wars to the page in question is that it is certainly possible to view it as some kind of advertising for a certain president of a certain go federation. If you don't think so, maybe have another look at the bottom of the page. dnerra

I don't see how this page can be included for this month since it was created last year. Surely it should be removed from the vote?

We could move it to page of the month september 2005.
Any objections from + voters? (I would withdraw my -).

Done.

Is there some reason why the page of the month has to be created in the same month? I always just thought of it as highlighting good pages, whether they were created that month or not.

I thought so too. I don't think that Wikipedia's featured article has a same month requirement either.

Page of the month requirements (was "no subject")

I'm not aware of any requirements.
The content of In A Korean Baduk School is dated.
It makes more sense to me as POTM september 2005 than januari 2006.
However, I feel that it was counternominated to Go in extreme places. By moving it this effect is gone.
So I'll wait a while - maybe somebody appreciates that effect so much he wants to make a case for it. I don't.

So there may only be one page to vote for each month? Sounds like a one-party communist election. :)
