The explanation of section "2. Two or More Inside Liberties" is very confusing. For a reader who has no idea of this topic it is really hard to follow.

It would be better to have a straight line in the text and to stick to only one formula not having several formulas with different variables describing the same.

I must add that I didn't completely understand what was discussed, but shouldn't formula [1] be an inequality? If yes there should be a distinction of cases.
